AWARENESS ASSOCIATES

Aware Associates is a consortium of renowned leaders who implement various business consultations and create large businesses in a joint venture. We partially merge an association of agencies registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA). The main objective is to create awareness among the public about the legal changes, new practices, security, future growth, new jobs and the resulting economic changes in the real estate sector. These associates identify real estate companies that are developing high growth assets across Tamil Nadu and work with them on a contract basis. These associates are working closely with real estate companies to create new suburbs that have all the modern amenities near existing district capitals or create second and third tier cities. Aware Associates is conducting a realistic economic awareness online and live training workshops. It will be your trusted guide along with associate members on the journey to planning and improving your family finances. The training provides guidelines, and advice to anyone over the age of 18. Couples who are getting married and starting a small family are given the right information on how to plan financially to achieve their dreams. Provides information on to understand 10 times inflation (average 16.4 percent per year) in 15 years. Explanations of how the economy should be calculated to offset rising prices in a generation.
